Available at a venue of your choice, or arranged by us on your behalf, private classes on an individual or small group basis are an excellent way to give your training an extra dimension.
We tailor private lessons to suit the individuals needs, they can be a supplement to regular classes in preparation for grading, focus primarily on developing fitness, co-ordination, flexibility and speed, or they can be as an alternative to regular classes.
