The Institute of Krav Maga Scotland are delighted to announce the ultimate in reality based Krav Maga self defence training.
For the first time we are holding a special Krav Maga seminar and training session out with the confines of the gym in a real nightclub/bar.
Focusing on safety, awareness and self defence in a bar/nightclub you to train in a real life environment for real life threats.
Looking at single and multiple attacks you will be tested by the environment and real distractions including crowds, music, lights weapons and how to deal with a mass brawl.
