The next morning, we went by bus to Jerusalem, where we spent the night. During the day we toured the Old City of Jerusalem, guided by Shalom, and visited the Mount of Olives, the Gardens of Gethsemane, The Western Wall, The Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and The Dome of the Rock. Later in the afternoon we toured around Yad Vashem, Israel's official memorial to the victims of the Holocaust.
In the evening, Amnon and Tamir took us Krav Maga training in a park in front of the Israeli Parliment. The focus was on knife attacks and how defending in poor light conditions ( it was pitch black at points!) was dramatically different from training in the comforts of a gym!
