Alloa Class 23rd September
Excellent class last night guys, good effort with a range of different weapons and situations.
Just to recap, we started with stances – passive, semi-passive and fighting stance, then moving around in fighting stance – it’s very important to keep this in mind throughout all classes – it’ll tighten up all your techniques.
The we moved on to 360 defences and added knives – remember don’t get caught in a pattern of attacks and defences when training – vary the tempo, that way the attack becomes more unpredictable improves your reaction time. Continue reading “Alloa Class 23rd September”

Alloa Krav Maga Class 15th July
Good effort last night guys. Just to recap, we concentrated on various elbow strikes and moved on to knife threats at a close distance. For the elbows strikes, ALWAYS look before you strike and remember to follow the vertical or horizontal planes we spoke about.
