Gemma Hards - IKMS Krav Maga Instructor
Gemma, from Dundee, is one of the IKMS Team members based in the North.
She teaches regularly at our Aberdeen and Dundee classes.
Gemma, along with Michelle Gallacher, became the first female to complete the instructor course in Scotland.
